Description:
The house is situated on the beach in the western part of Baška, 500 meters from the downtown. The distance from Rijeka is 70 km and from Zagreb 200 km. The facility has a yard, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, toilet and 3 bedrooms.

Kitchen: Fridge, oven, table with chairs and fully equipped with cutlery, plates, cooking jars...

Bathroom: shower bath, wash basin and toilet. Heating and cooling system: air condition.
The linen (1 set per week), towels (2 pieces per person per week), kitchen and bathroom equipment and equipment for barbecue are included in the price for rent.

Parking place: 2 parking places in the yard.
Price: depends on the season, from 700 up to 1000 kn per day for 6 persons. Additional bed is 100 kn per person. Children:
Minimal renting: weekend, Friday to Sunday – 1400-2000 kn.
Paying: 30% deposit for reservation, the rest on arrival. In certain situations the deposit for possible damage can be requested.
Sojourn tax is not included.
