Description
The house is situated on the Suhi Vrh hill in Ravna Gora in the heart of Gorski Kotar. The distance from Rijeka is 50 km, from Zagreb 100 km.
You can get information about the city on the web site www.ravnagora.hr.
When you get there, you will find the house, basement, ground floor and upper floor, and natural yard around it.
Basement: we are using it for storing provisions and recreational equipment (bicycles, balls, rackets for various games, frisbee, sledge...) and for preparing food for barbecue, kettle, broach... Likewise, you will find there the oven, for baking purposes, if necessary.
Ground floor, outside: terrace with a big wooden table for 8 persons, power socket for any electrical appliances and brick fireplace
for barbecue.
Lobby: hangers for coats and cupboard for shoes and equipment.
Bathroom: toilet, shower, cupboard and wash basin.
Living room: wardrobe, closet for bed linen, box bed for two persons, box bed for one person, fireplace, table for 8 persons with chairs and a bench, TV with local and satellite channels, DVD player, radio, dispenser for hot and cold water.
Balcony: outside lighting, table with two chairs, deck chair and rope for laundry.
Kitchen: fridge, sink with warm and cold water, cooker with electrical and gas rings, fully equipped with cutlery (plates, cups, glasses, jars...).
The first floor
The first floor is accessible from the living room through the wooden stairs, with aperture closed with slide top cover for safety reasons.
First room: twin bed, two armchairs (box beds for one person), shelves, hangers, balcony with lighting, chair for resting and beautiful view.
Second room: two beds (190 X 80 cm), shelves, hangers, toys and books.
The fire place in the living room heats the whole house, and there are additional heaters for extreme conditions (usually not needed).
The firewood is included in the price.
The water in the hose is rainwater from the basin and is not recommended for drinking.
The linen is included in the price (1 set per week), as well as towels (2 pieces per person per week).
The water for dispenser, kitchen and bathroom equipment, sports equipment and all necessary equipment for outside cooking (barbecue, kettle...) are also included in the price for rent.
Parking place: the places for parking are not a problem, as the first neighbours are approximately 100 meters from the house.
