The house is situated on the beach in the western part of Baška, 500 meters from the downtown. The distance from Rijeka is 70 km and from Zagreb 200 km.
The facility has a yard, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, toilet and 3 bedrooms.

The linen (1 set per week), towels (2 pieces per person per week), kitchen and bathroom equipment and equipment for barbecue are included in the price for rent.
